This one is a piece of work. We chatted via DM (I should have asked to text but it seemed to be going really well) anyway she tells me her expectations; 5. I offer a bit less but still more than fair. She got pissed and basically called me a cheap low life. I gently reminded her that she was a bit long in the tooth to be making such demands given women literally half her age are readily available; she promptly blocked me. Oh well, not that I expected to be exchanging nuptials with her anyway.

Allowances are out of control. A year ago 2. 5 to 4. 0 was almost everyone. Now I keep getting they are looking for 6. 5 to 13.0 especially in DC. Its like rich people are getting more money and girls are spolied due to the large amount of unemployment.

The ol "I have to leave right away" at the conclusion of dinner sounds like complete BS. That said, if it helps her profile seems to have been removed. To your point, plenty more out there!

LOL. I sent this one a very respectful message some time back. Explained what I was looking for, etc. She blocked me immediately. LOL I wasn't graphic or even borderline disrespectful so it felt like blocking was a bit overboard but whatever. Almost makes me wonder if she thought she might know me in the real world.

Wanted 600 a meet but agreed to 500. Switched to texting, very responsive. Agreed to meet, last text was she was changing and heading my way. Then disappeared. So if you get lucky to meet her post your report.

She asked for 4, I offered 3, after several days she agreed and we set up a date, then she disappeared. Think she's still nervous about meeting or she just likes the fun of setting something up.

Dimples572 is 100% correct. Are there tons of bots & scams to be had on Seeking? For sure, not going to deny that. But it's not unheard of for Premium users to turn that option of "viewing someone" off. I myself do it because it's easier when appearing to "first" view their profile by shooting them a message when I'm ready. I work long hours and most of it involves sitting at a desk. So I peruse through the SA app (which sucks) on my phone, jot down the word "maybe" under the user notes section, then check the profiles out in more detail when I get home. If I like what I see, I'll usually message 2 or 3 SBs to see if any bite.

Also (and this is kinda nitpicky), it looks better from some of these SBs' viewpoint then if she sees you viewing her profile but then messaging her a month or two after the fact.

Many times I've met SBs who haven't looked at my profile, just my messages and we've set up meets.

So yes, there does NOT seem to be any pattern whatsoever on SA.

Very difficult to analyze, hence gut plays a very important role.

This probably goes better in the DC forum, but I'll add it here as well:

I recently came across zimablue21's profile (https://www.seeking.com/member/dcaff...a-f181e0c42a51), exchanged a few messages, then traded numbers. She wanted visual confirmation of one another on Zoom, so we did so the night before meeting for dinner near DuPont Circle. She picked the place and I thought we had a pretty decent time. She's certainly smart, very ambitious, and was dressed casual-yet-sexy. During the meal (which was fantastic BTW), we talked extensively about our lives--in general--and I got the sense that she's very dedicated to her career. I definitely buy it when she said she only has time for a non-serious, NSA / FWB-type of arrangement. Towards the end, she left to take a phone call while I picked up the check. She then returned to say she needed to leave right away to help her friend out of trouble (hmmmm). Seeing how we only agreed to a meet-and-greet anyway, I didn't mind and we planned to text later that week to set something up.

The next day, I logged on SA to learn that she had blocked me--or deactivated her profile (unlikely the latter unless the link above is busted for you all too). I thought we had a good couple hours at dinner that night, but perhaps I wasn't her type after meeting in-person. Could be she got cold feet and was content with the money she makes at her current job. Who knows?

In any case, I have five (not a typo!) SB dates lined up throughout this coming week! Fingers crossed that at least one of them is real, doesn't flake, or have GPS. Either way, I'll likely have a pretty lengthy report to share by next Sunday. Cheers!

A good indicator that an account is a scam is if they favorite you, or message you without ever looking at your profile. Same goes if you write the first message and they respond, but didn't look at your profile.

I was just picking up on that today. I started to get some responses but noticed they hadn't even viewed my profile.

Or they're a premium member have "When You View Someone" turned off.
