Housing values are very high there now. Crappy 1920's frame bungalows are 200,000. 00 and up. I wouldn't call that area affluent either, but take that for what it's worth.

This report was published in the Flint parlor section but this info is helpful for all you metro Detroit guys who are not satisfied with metro AMPs. I live in Troy but every month or so I will go to Saginaw, Flint, Lansing (Charlotte area) and GR to enjoy some variety.
