The Corona virus has pretty much completely changed the way things were and I would suspect that those who did offer a TS probably dropped it from their menu due to the disinfecting process they have to go thru.

Most of the spas that offered table showers before March still offer them now after they opened. For example, Lucky Spa in Boston, still offers a table shower now and so many others do as well. Just call and ask.
