Yes it is, very sad. I'll bet 50 - 60% or more are BS ads. It's getting too hard to weed thru and find the real ads. Totally agree and I was just thinking the very same thing today. Now you have to use "fast results" and look at the location info to see if they're real or not. And then that's not always 100%, but it weeds most of them out.
