Last Marshall, in a typical scenario I would completely agree with you. There is obviously so much more going on. This is not just a random monger being pulled over, fishing, maybe. If this happened at one spa, I would feel differently. As everyone knows KmS, ND, King are all inter linked. They also have spas in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Does no one find it odd that people are also getting pulled over at all their spas? Maybe that doesn't worry you bust scares the shit out of me. What makes it worse, the police have been going into these spas on a frequent basis lately. Something is up, something is about to go down or at least some agency is preparing a big case. Please give me your thoughts, you being ex law know better than me.

Make no assumptions about what you observed. That could just as easily have been (and MORE likely) a guy with an unpaid parking ticket, outstanding child-support, or any of a WIDE range of other reasons a monger might have an outstanding warrant. There could not possibly have been an arrest directly connected to anything that may have gone on inside the spa, unless the guy stupidly said to the patrolman/deputy: "I was in the spa and paid a girl for sex! It was great!

I would not be surprised to learn that LE believes the monger population to be of a certain "immoral type" that they think poses a HIGHER than average percentage of people with outstanding warrants. For reason of that ill-advised belief alone, they could be trying to cherry-pick some quick and easy arrests while annoying the local AMP and trying to scare off their business as an attempt to run them out of town. If neighboring businesses or residents had actually filed a complaint, I believe more aggressive LE action would be undertaken. Absent any such complaint, LE doesn't even have probable cause to conduct a full investigation.

If LE is really simply trying to SCARE away business, that means they have NOTHING on the AMP itself, and likely no hope of actually getting anything on them. In my particular situation (not fearing a stop, and able to "plan" for an extended delay of 30 to 60 minutes), I would be inclined to keep going to KMS/NDS/King just to keep them in business until LE finds a need to move on to something more important... they don't usually keep up this type of harrassment indefinitely.

As a retired LEO the guy who was arrested had a warrant on him. What goes on behind closed doors they have no idea, but they are fishing. Just give them your papers and if asked about the massage just state you have a back injury and you have to get a therapeutic massage on a regular basis to keep the pain at bay. Nothing else needs to be said. Harassment you bet, but just act as if you had left a legit spa like Hands of Stone no need to use uber or park across the street why? They have no idea what you are doing for example. You go into a bar to play some pool while inside you only consume coke or Pepsi when you leave you are stopped and tested for a DUI why? They had no idea what you were drinking it was behind closed doors you pass the test and drive on. Same thing here get your nut behind closed doors and drive on and keep mouth shut.

Don't forget that the Sheriff is up for re-election. The primary election is August 18th. Asian massage parlors are like low hanging fruit and the media always runs with it.

I'm always a little more careful prior to elections for Mayors, Sheriffs, and City Attorneys.

Take easy and cheap precautions. Get an Uber to the spa, or better yet, to a place near the spa. If you are cheap as fuck, or maybe need to avoid a significant other, drive to a parking lot near the spa and walk over.

If you are SUPER nervous drive to a busy parking lot near the spa during business hours. Go into a regular store. Leave after a few minutes and walk to the spa. Afterwards go back to the store and buy something. Then leave. Keep the receipt.

No reason to be scared of what happens outside the spa.

I never worry about going to the spas. I park right in front of the door and walk in like I own the place. I don't give 2 shits if everyone knows what I'm going in there for. If you look like you are sneaking around you just give them a reason to suspect you are up to no good. It's not like they can prove anything if they do pull you over anyway. I never have anything illegal on me, any warrants, and my car is all legal too so they can suck it.

I used to do this a long time ago when I first got into the massage thing not so much into it anymore. I would find a close public or big store to park in and walk to the AMP. When I arrived I'd walk in get a bottle of water to drink while walking to my destination. When I left I will walk back to the store look around the store for 10 maybe 15 minutes get another Pepsi walk out with the receipt in my hand and go to the car drive away. This was the best advice I ever received. Problem is around here a lot of these places are a long walk from a local grocery store.
