You need safe ratings on HX with this booker. Any monger who knows many bookers in SoCal can easily get an HX account and ask those bookers to rate him. You can also try to see another girl with that booker first before Flynn.

I'm just guessing, but maybe Flynn is already mostly booked up. You might try asking for someone that is less in-demand in order to get the booker's attention.
