One way to weed out the scammers: Select "Fenale escort" Select "Ocala, FL" and finally type "Ocala" in the specify box. You won't see any spammers. Of course you won't see real ads from Silver Springs, Dunnellon etc.

If you are looking for other areas like Leesburg, Inverness, Lake City, etc it is better to search them individually since those ads get drowned out most of the time anyway.

Gave this a try. Texted ahead 30 minutes and agreed on price and action. Got to agreed waiting area near her location and let her know I was there. After 15 minutes she texted me that she was attending to something, gave me her actual location and told me to keep waiting. I waited another 15 minutes.
