The economy of a lot of these cities revolve around the sex trade and sex tourism, so it's in everyone's best interests (police and criminals) to keep the money flowing without and major incidents with tourists. Has anyone had an issue signing up with the vanilla gift card? I used it last month and it worked great. This time it does not seem to work? Not sure what I am doing wrong.
