Good eye. I normally don't search as far South as Tacoma / Lakewood so I would have never spotted the other similar profile.

Don't know if I would bother, the response to the peace sign tests indicates to me that it's fake. If you're feeling froggy, schedule something and see if they show up. If they ask for money up front, you know it's a scam. If they don't show, at worst you're out the price of a hotel room.
