My take on a couple more threads that get confused by many are:

Negative Reviews Threads: to me this is for Dates that actually happened or you attempted to have happen and you had a Bad Time, you didn't gel with the girl, the girl isn't prompt, Didn't do what was agreed upon, Ghosts, the Girl may be a dead fish, Bait & Switch, Bad Hygiene, too many interruptions, pimp likes to visit, the girl is a clock watcher, shortchanged your time, wasted your time, etc. Although a girl not performing to your beliefs or expectations is a "ripoff" - it needs to be reported as a NEGATIVE REVIEW EXPERIENCE.

Ripoff Reports: Usually these Dates didn't happen and many times involve Robbers, Scammers, Spammers, Dick-Pic Collectors, Nigerian Princes, Ne'er-do-wells, Cash & Dash, Pre-Pay Scammers, Pay for Room Scams, Give Money to my Friend in Advance, Set-Ups and other incidents that may involve loss or near loss of cash, life or limb, etc.

Too many times I have seen people tend to post the same report in multiple categories because they are not sure where to post.

I'm not claiming to be an expert, but this is my take.
