Easy to get past the paywall, but basically the dude is "alleged" to have been prowling the Roxy and abbey and sticking it in drunk rocker girls. I believe it kind of I used to see the fucker hanging out at GNR concerts and the line for the album sale with some skanks, but as they say, he is presumed innocent.
