Just tell them your card got stolen and you do not recognize the transaction that you're seeing. Once you're bank adds credit to your account they'll go after square cash which in turns force square cash to pull the money back from that particular individual due to the lack of funds.

You're not wrong, at least in my opinion. As a self-confessed liberal / progressive, I believe that decriminalization is the road forward. But I do believe in regulation, in order to ensure there is no coercion. But taxes need to be levied to to enforce the regulation. Safety isn't free!

The left is generally pro legalization of sex work, the idea being a woman can do as she pleases with her body and also as workers they deserve labor rights and the ability to organize. It's the center that generally moralizes it as exploitative / misogynistic.

One of the reasons I know that prostitution will never be legalized is that both the right and left agree that it should be illegal (for different reasons). The right doesn't like it because of God, immorality and shit. The left doesn't like it because it "exploits or objectifies women. " The people that want legalized prostitution are generally Libertarians who don't have much political clout. So, the police can throw all of the "immoral" and "misogynistic" Johns in jail, fine them into bankruptcy, classify them as sex offenders and basically treat them like shit and most of America won't give a damn.

Good points Michael. Well put, that is exactly correct. Another twist to this tale is that most SPs I have spoken to. At least the ones that are better educated and have a decent head on their shoulders who realize this is window of time when they get to make tax-free money and the party will not last forever. Keep it as illegal and allow me charge ridiculous rates while still making it non-criminal if I get busted I. E. It will be a civil infraction rather than a criminal case. Smart.
