If you were to skew the review towards being positive it would not be as important to get the name right. Just bc you did not know her name before does not have an impact on which way the review skewed so I am not sure exactly why you would think that. That's Gina and I am not sure where you got kat from but it helps (especially if its a review skewed towards the negative) to keep the same name from all of the other reviews. My experience was that she was living in squalor and she was a needle addict and that has probably been documented in other reviews.
