YMMV she can be a hit or miss sometimes, but so far with me its always been positive.

Very simple, I always drive them away from their comfort zone, meaning I drive away as far as I possibly can with her complaining and asking me were we are going. This is before giving her one cent.

I take control right away with tone of voice and not allowing her to dictate a single move; Sometimes they ask to be taken to their dealer or gas station ect.
