Doing a search for 702 or 725 will filter out 90% of the fakes, most of with don't have local phone numbers and list email addresses for contact.

Agreed. It seems like they get into this rut with lots of fake ads and then go in and clean it up. Heck the reviews have gotten worse too and you see lots of fakes there too.
