I prefer to go in mornings when they're 'still fresh,' as you put it. That goes for any provider. At least avoid Friday and Saturday evenings, which are peak times. It's also highly a mood thing. If you read reviews on here you'll know where to go to get extras for sure. As for hit or miss places: it can vary. It can depend on how she's feeling / her mood or if she's attracted to you. Slow day may be a factor as well. For these types of places you may want to build a relationship with her so she can trust you. As for places with guaranteed extras, do the same and you may, I said, may, get more than a HE. That too depends on her.

Those places are Chinese apartment (or house) setups. They usually have one or two girls to pick from. Call or text the number and someone will text you back with prices and address. Get there, park (someone will be watching you), and ring the bell. Go in, choose a girl, go to a room, then fork over the cash for the half hour or hour. It's usually $140/ hh or $160-$180/ hr. You both undress, lame massage for a minute or two, then she'll rub your dick to get you hard, apply a cover, suck it for a bit and then fuck.
