Someone mentioned to me that the client base is way different up North. More Asians and Indians there, so my assumption and guess is they've made it (NorCal) to where their true colors show for-non haggling on prices. In turn, they've kept it firm at 220-240 p / h. Down here in LA, it's pretty diverse, so you'll have mongers that will want to tip or pay more.
