Most frequent complaints on these reports are fellow mongers being scammed or given the run around by escorts. I don't think I've hardly even seen any cops on 195 near the RI / MA border since all this started. I've been back and forth that way many times in the past few months with no issues. The proximity of MA and RI to each other pretty much means there's no way for them to monitor all of the MA traffic coming into RI and vice versa.
