It was likely Crystal aka Kiki. She's a well known cash and dash queen. It was also a mistake to pay 40 for headache relief because she'd accept $20. She's always in a rush to get the job done so she can go make a purchase. One trick with her is to say you finish quicker with sex then she'll probably hop on you without any more money.

I'm no expert by any means and have had my fair share of burns over the years so for what its worth. You already mentioned the paying up front thing which is the biggest one. Also I suggest picking your location (always away from where you picked her up) and not her location but one you chose. She doesn't want to get out and walk a mile or two back to where she needs to be and most of the time will deal more honestly. Also get all the rules out before anything starts, CIM, roaming, bb, taking care of the boys etc. Like I said, not trying to sound like I know anything at all because I don't but some of this works out much better I've found in my experiences.
