Lancaster Liz and NC Liz are two different girls. Lancaster Liz who is often described as Gigi's sister (she's not) with Black hair has always been thin. NC Liz who was popular in 2017 was forced to leave for a while but has returned was a little bigger with dirty blond hair.

I also saw this one walking the Trail earlier today near the Teens/ 20's. Very tiny girl.
