I don't carry a sidearm to dates, but I know at least one forum member who does. I have long felt that if I thought it was so dangerous that I needed a firearm for self protection, then I wouldn't go, period.

Also, I could have avoided the entire scenario by getting back in the vehicle and leaving immediately after seeing her. You may not want to come across that way, but you sure don't seem to be trying that hard.
