It takes a lot of discipline and self-control to maintain your weight. At 6'1" tall, I bounced from 170-175 lbs in college with a 30 in pant waist size. I now bounce between 180-185 lbs and wear a 32-33 pants. I run on a treadmill and swim in my pool daily, and I try to keep carbs at less than 10% of my diet. But it gets harder as you age.

It's genetics, aging and will power. Once you are gaining weight it's very hard to reverse. For me, I am naturally on a very high protein diet and eat everything else; I don't even have a belly until I tried alcohol-free beer for a few months. Because there was no alcohol-free wine.

I know a few who started at 19 have personal trainers come 22. Or else they would have been forced out. In LA it was standard $700/ month. If you have the will you do it yourself but risking getting muscular and into unattractive shapes. But they have to contend with their small tits getting smaller, or get an implant.

Everyone has their own way of doing things but I don't necessarily agree that you have to see a bunch of old fat chicks before you see any hotties. There are more girls on HX that are newbie friendly than girls who aren't. For example the baby crew is newbie friendly and all of them are hot. Tips for navigating HX.

1. There's a "new people" section on the left side of the main page. It shows all the new members as the sign up to the site. It's good for catching new talent as they enter the site. Most new girls are obviously newbie friendly because they want to boost their network also.

2. On the top of the page there is a "classified section". Once in there you can select the region you want to see girls in and it gives you a chronological list of all the girls posting in that area. You essentially can see whoever is currently available.

All you have to do with those two tools is subscribe to the girls you want to see and start sending messages. You'll get plenty of responses and everything else should take care of it's self.
