Hear, hear! It's the guys that pay deposits that cause this. It feeds GPS and raises other false expectations. Some providers would require that we jump off a tall building, and some mongers, I suspect, would be lining up to jump.

It's an absolute deal-breaker. Any provider asking for a deposit is likely a scammer or at least too risky. Whenever I see and ad asking for a pre appointment deposit or full payment I always wonder how many mongers are gullible enough to fall for it.
