Her charge was FTA. It appears she is trying to help herself with treatment and hopefully it was simple forgetfulness about her court date. We all know that court dates are not optional so hopefully she will lawyer up. She needs to continue getting treatment, finish her community service if she hasn't finished it already and let her lawyer file motions and petitions to keep pushing her case down the road. Once she does appear in court having a little track record of successful treatment with no failed drug tests will show the court she has been serious about change and usually the court will give leniency. This all depends on her her.
