1:45 am something happened north of Atl on Dixie, saw a handful of flashing lights, decided not to go in that direction, took pline instead, came back down Dixie until about I think it was 15th, when I spotted a LEO tucked away by the warehouses. Maybe it was a dui point? But I didn't see any flares like I have seen at some. Most of the lights were on the west side of the tracks, but I did notice a couple on the other side preventing traffic in that direction.
