If a monger is going to bring disinfectant spray to a CAMP, he probably shouldn't be going in the first place because he's a little too paranoid. There are a ton of things at CAMPs / KAMPs that could be considered unsanitary, so you either accept and deal with them or stay home.

I always take basic precautions such as never walking barefooted on a carpeted floor (soaked jizz stains to which I've greatly contributed). Get nekkid, put clothes on hooks or whatever is available, then walk in my shoes to the massage table, turn around to sit on the table and lift feet out of shoes. I never use the face hole as I don't like them. I also inspect the table covering before lying down. Looks unclean? It gets changed before I lie down. Anything that looks / smells unclean I don't touch. This has worked well for me for the past 40 years and is simply common sense.

Air transported virus don't magically fly into your dick and infect you. That's not how it works. You need to breath this into your nose, mouth, or eyes (if you walked into a cloud of virus). Or touch a surface with tons of viral load on it and then put that into your nose, mouth or eyes.

I'm not so worried myself, but I didn't see any need to sugarcoat the risks involved when replying to the person who asked if his dick can be infected by being inside the mouth of a massage therapist.

But in case he (or anyone) missed the point, the answer is no, the virus isn't going to crawl up inside a dick and infect that way. The risk lies in the other types of personal and surface contact inside the massage room and establishment. One could go a long way towards mitigating those risks by washing hands both before and after the massage and not touching one's face in between.

While I've only been to kamps about 10 times over the past few years (mostly trolled fib) I've never had one offer BBFS, maybe I just hit the wrong places.

It's usually the older ones (50+). They're not going to say 'please fuck me without a condom', although some might go straight to your pole uncovered.

If you get them revved up with DATY and / or touching and they feel comfortable with you (I. E. - speak some fluency of their language), when it comes time to fuck, they won't object if it's raw.
