Had a family member that wanted a room in the area and got same resistance to making areservation. Some hotels were not even answering their phones.

I decided to take a break with the pandemic and quarantine at it's peak unless I got very horny or a provider I really like offered a nice discount. I recently texted a local provider that has great reviews but has not been advertising lately to ask if she was safe and available. Before that, I had been to Guess Rd, South Saunders, the corner of 54/55, New Bern Ave. And Capital Blvd. To see providers, but they had good reviews here and I did not have any problems, though all of those visits were afternoon / early evening. I did ask them why they were not at nicer hotels, since that affected business. Surprisingly, this was something that they were well aware of and were willing to live with it, I guess they just didn't want to make the effort / invest the money to be at a nicer hotel.

In the years since, I have texted some providers with ok reviews here but decided not to see them because of where they were staying. I did make that clear to them. I'm not interested in going to a place with random groups of people hanging out in dirty parking lots and yelling in the hallways, not to mention seeing uncle LEO in the parking lot and wondering if they are there for the provider of something else, women sharing rooms who then have to hide in the bathroom or go for a walk during your session etc. So in case anyone has wondered why some providers aren't available, hotel room availability is a possible explanation.

3 scam reports within a 24 hr period suggests that scams are on the rise (probably a sign of the times). As a service to my fellow mongers, I wanted to share how I handle the donation dilemma. Others may want to add their 2 cents.

To minimize the risk of being scammed like this (underserved -- time cut short, won't do shit promised, lackluster performance despite assurances to the contrary), I will not pay until services are rendered. Now this doesn't always fly, as most providers will insist on the donation upfront (I get it. Hos get scammed too, so it's a risk for them). One compromise is to leave the donation on a table until completion. While most providers agree, I've had issues with this too. For all practical purposes the donation is no longer in my possession (nothing stops her from grabbing it) and my mind is NOT squarely on the pussy, but also on how to beat this ho to the table if I have to take donation back (this has ruined what could have been some good sessions). My approach now is to share the risk -- half now, half at completion. It's fair and I control the balance, which is incentive for the provider to perform as agreed (and she can't just grab it at her will). Now, that 100 hh that turns into 15 minutes of crap becomes a crappy 50 qv (better than 100 down the drain or a race to the table). Most providers agree; if not I walk (these probably would have been bad experiences anyway). Use your judgement as to which approach you use in a given situation. Of course, once you establish a relationship with the provider this should be less an issue, but always be vigilant.
