I reviewed Sam 10 years ago (mine is among those 50 pages of reviews) and she was fantastic back then. That huge butterfly tattoo covering her back was a super turn on for me when doing doggie! Saw her several times over the years but the last time was about 4 years ago. At that time her head was shaved on the sides, which was a big negative for me.
