It's truly crazy how most of these galls take the time factor so seriously. The "paying for time" was initially intended to keep everyone out of police cuffs. You're charging for your time, not the "illegal service" for money. None of us are paying for see acts, just time.

Yes and no. Yes, they say that to avoid saying they are charging for sex acts, but if you have ever been to a place that charges by the sex act, (here in the US that is) then you will agree that it is better to pay for time.
