I always bring my own. If they have them that's a suprise. I have found that most times they don't have them. I too have spent in the realm of $500/ hr for a high end provider. And honestly, with the few I have seen at that price, I would do it again. In fact I would go with 4 $500/ hr visits per year over a QV twice a month with the provider options we have here. I make sure I bring my own as well. You could leave it in the car and when you see provider, if there's a major bait / switch and she does not have one, your excuse to leave is you have to go back to car to retrieve one, which wouldn't be a lie.
