This is full service joint, no one comes in for an hour for a massage and a handy, they prefer 1/2 hour and a quickie.

I'm FS only and an hour minimum and have gotten 2-hours plus depending on the girl and chemistry. I generally pay less per minute than most do for the half hour. Full disclosure, this was before COVID-19.
