I would try and get in touch with some Indy providers who are willing to accept newbies w / o references. From there you can try expanding out to some of the agencies that require references. I would also try the Asian crapshoots or Asian Indy providers and then maybe you can use them as references if you want to get in with the K agencies. This is how I got started. It's a slow process. I don't think you will get where you were overnight.
