Most of these reviews will be for Korean agencies. Korean agencies usually offer the best services. They've traditionally been a bit more upscale and don't advertise on sites like backpage. It depends on the girl's attitude and performance mostly. I happened to hit the Jack Pot with low-end agencies and missed by a mile with hi-end ones. However, the rule of the thumb is very easy. If it's 120 hh, girls most likely are old and lazy. 200 hh+ is on the other side of the spectrum.

Find the girl you like, shag her while she is in the area. Move to the next one after she leaves.

Not sure about Tera. Saw Sophia 1 week ago, who has several reviews. Easy BBFS, and I thought she had a great body & face combination. Solid 7 to 8 on overall looks. Very pleasant attitude and wants to please. Only cons for me were it was a little scripted, but I directed her. Didn't care for her BBBJ.
