Posts: 166Let me know if you try Nikki, I have eyed her before and never pulled the trigger. Wondering if she is really working since she was out of an actual spa.

Yes, I stand corrected, that the civil rights suit was filed by "John Doe", not charged in the incident about a year ago. I do however remember hearing in the last few weeks that prosecuters are ready to let this whole thing go and are looking to save face and wallet.

Posts: 6It's going to go away!
For cops to install hidden cameras in a place of residence or business is completely illegal! So this case is going to go away! The Patriot act law was to capture terrorist not spy on horny men trying to have fun at a massage parlour or capture drug dealers or misdemeanor crimes and etc. LOL. Good thing a very rich man was involved, cause they've been getting away with this for the past 15 years!

Apologies, I suppose I could have been a bit more clear in the initial post. When I said "trade one case for another", I meant with different parties involved, not both parties being the same. In my post, I was referring to Kraft dropping his suit and the State then dropping charges against all defendants, not just against Kraft. Depending on the facts specific to that scenario, it likely would not be unethical for the State to drop criminal charges in exchange for that same defendant dropping a civil lawsuit.

Posts: 1104I don't think Kraft's attorneys filed the civil rights lawsuit; it looks like it was someone else, maybe the 75-year-old woman who claims she regularly got her feet rubbed at the place.

Florida has a real bad habit of going to extremes for petty, non-violent misdemeanors like the use of the 'Stingray' cellphone tracker to find a low-level marijuana dealer in Tampa. The bottom line is that the local cops were just looking for an excuse to use all this expensive, high-tech James Bond spy equipment. You can damn well bet they had a great time installing and recording all the activity in the AMP; never mind that it was all quite illegal.
They get away with this kind of stuff due to an extremely compliant local justice system so it takes national publicity and a federal lawsuit to get them to stop.

I've been to the top one (Ebony) pictures are either real or super close Huge bum which was nice. But as for a massage it was just alright. I opted for Nuru 240 (dumb of me I know way too much) started on a regular massage table for 10 min to warm up. Went to the nuru bed (pictures are in the ad) she did a pretty good job but for the price I'm not sure I would return unless I was desperate as can be.

Posts: 1480Unethical happens all the time
I have seen districts make deals where "you drop your lawsuit we will settle," or you plead to some misdemeanor and we drop the felony. It's call "saving face. " And they term it: efficiency of service. Saving taxpayers from a lengthy and costly trial where their public officials lose money and maybe more importantly, professional standing.

While I can't say for certain, I doubt this is accurate. I'm guessing the "civil suit" you're referring to would be against the cops and / or the prosecutors. As the criminal case is not yet closed, it would probably be premature to sue either of those entities, a person would typically wait for the charges to be dropped before suing. More importantly, it would be unethical for an attorney to essentially trade one case for another, which is what the statement of "drop charges against everyone if Kraft drops his suit" suggests. From a practical standpoint, if Kraft wins his criminal appeal regarding the suppression of the video, all the cases likely do go away, but that's simply due to the State no longer having an ability to prevail in court, not due to some agreement with Kraft.

Posts: 290Robert Kraft, ongoing criminal case
If I'm remembering it correctly, Kraft's attorney's got the video suppressed by arguing that the recordings were overly broad, they recorded EVERYONE and EVERYTHING rather than having some limitations based on some reasonable suspicion of criminal activity. As the video is essential to the prosecution, the State has appealed that ruling. The appeal has not yet been concluded and, due to the coronavirus pandemic slowing things down dramatically, it may not be concluded anytime soon. If Kraft wins the appeal, the criminal case almost certainly goes away. If the State wins the appeal, the criminal prosecution likely goes on from there.

I believe I read Kraft has filed a civil rights civil suit and the prosecutor has offered to drop charges against everyone if Kraft drops his suit. Go Bob Go! Make it hurt so bad $$$ that no prosecuter anywhere dares go after AMPs again! I'd love to be on that jury. I'm not sure $1trillion is enough. I hope he bankrupts the city of Jupiter and Palm Beach County! Rogue law enforcement cannot be tolerated!

When did you go to this location? I've driven by twice (yesterday and today) and they definitely don't seem open. I've also tried calling their number and it seems to be disconnected. If you have a different number for them would you mind dming it to me?
