Last year she had hair exactly like the one who was walking, half blonde and half brown, the blonde part was past shoulders. Too many similarities, including face, to ignore but I could be wrong because I've never actually got close enough to match her tattoos. She is actually from Russia or Ukraine with Asian mix. I have to correct myself, I first met her over 2 maybe 3 years ago.
