Last year she had hair exactly like the one who was walking, half blonde and half brown, the blonde part was past shoulders. Too many similarities, including face, to ignore but I could be wrong because I've never actually got close enough to match her tattoos. Nobody knows where she is from no matter what she told you. She told me she was from somewhere else and I met her 2 or 3 years ago as well when she was healthy.
