I know everyone is looking for current open providers, but I'm going to post this pre-COVID review in case things ever return to normal.

I was visiting from CA back in October 2019, and after lots of research chose 9 VIP. It wasn't a bad walk from where I was staying.

The entry is like everyone has said, sort of sketchy, but inside they know what they are doing. You never see another monger (though you might hear them! The answer is still "Center City". Your looking at multiple locations that may move. They operate like places out west. More like a 2 call system. One call to make an appointment and get an "approximate location". One you arrive nearby, you make a second call. You would be given your final destination and any access codes required.

I was vetted, but could not make the next appointment. I know people personally, so I knew the general areas of the locations, but more specifically, but not exactly. The intel may not be valid now. It's important to maintain this trust. Your not likely to find a table shower. One problem, is getting there at the appointed time.

Are any AMPs open in the PHL area? How about NJ or DEL? Nothing is open in Eastern PA except for one independent that isn't worth seeing.
