Sorry, I failed to answer that in my silliness. It's been implied in a couple reviews, but I don't believe it based on the many other reviews. If FS is obtained, then it is probably special circumstances. I suspect the providers are posting the positive reviews and real mongers are posting the mediocre and negative ones. But, I personally haven't been there to verify anything. I read the reviews when trying to decide where to stop for a treat when I'm in the area and end up going elsewhere, partly because I don't usually do FS. There are a couple good places on the West side of Norristown towards Eagleville. Of course they're probably all closed due to the stay at home order. Which has been extended through the end of April.

I am not familiar with the definition of "Philly AMP standard", but I'm assuming you consider that FS. My visits to facilities in Philly (mostly south Philly through China town) have ranged from strictly legit to FS, and lots of options in between. Most folks with whom I've communicated and the many places I've visited from San Diego to Boston (literally), "standard" is nowhere near FS.
