Couple things here, JB /1st time poster:

Obliviously, not all AA fit the stereotypical AA. The providers know this but the problem is the heavy majority of AA do fit the stereotypical AA. So, the girls would rather not take the risk. The most common reasons I was told why most providers won't see AA is: 1) Many can be too rough.
