I understand the stay at home orders, and trust the healthcare workers advising us to stay home. I was just remniscing on the times were I could enjoy a massage + He in my private time and driving past my local parlor bummed me out. Stay safe all.

My analogy was not to someone, but to something. There's a new "C" in town and it's keeping you from seeing your favorite SP. That's your loss of freedom. Can't have a beer at the local bar or take the family out for pizza? That's what I was referring to. Be grateful for those front line workers who are facing this battle. Many earning only minimum wage. If you know some of them, thank them. Send their family a meal from a local restaurant. We're proud of those who fought for us overseas. We should be proud and grateful for those who serve through this battle here from day to day. That's my point.

What upsets me, and I think I speak for many, is that we lost our freedom. This is what it feels like being subjected to oppression. Like living in a third world country under the control of a dictator. There's nothing we can do about it but to wait for that dictator to die. The only defense we have is to wait this out. Don't roam the streets. Stay put. Be respectful of each others space. It's like dealing with stress. It will pass. Don't make it welcomed. IMHO.
