Forgive me guys, I haven't reported in awhile. I've been a little busy. Had a nice dream on Sunday around 9:00 pm that I was on my usual Harper stroll, which I found uninspiring LOL. I almost through in the towel and head home, but decided to give ole Chalmers a shot 1st. I got few blocks from Harper and found a nice amount of activity between the gas station and the apartment buildings. After passing a few BSWs (all looked to be a little rough in their late 30's), I noticed a pretty blond WSW around the apartment with a lot of traffic surrounding her. Those are signs for me to usually avoid them like the plaque, but the pickings were slim and the little head took the wheel. After my usual of circling the perimeter to check for uncle, I pulled up on her and told her to meet me at the corner where it was less traffic and she happily obliged. We rode to a spot she knew of in a driveway by a field. It wasn't the best, but ok. She told me her name was Rochelle and that she was 27. We agreed upon CBJ for. 20. I could've gotten BBJ, but decided CBJ was best. After about 10 minutes of a decent CBJ, I suggested FS. She said an extra. 30. I tried to lowball her and talked her down to another. 20. I agree, Baldwin ain't the best place ever (I can bet a few bucks they're all coming straight out of the homless shelter there on the right) quite prefer the ave more variety more hotties cause they're all ex strippers. But I can play with the hand I was dealt will keep looking until I find a keeper.

Ya considering they are even more understaffed now and probably don't want to be being in contact with a bunch of mongers and SWers. I think it's not as much as a priority as it once was but I would still be cautious. Myself I don't want the contact either right now.

I think you are definitely right. They're probably not out there running stings, but if they're driving by and they see something, I'm sure they may not hesitate to stop if it involves taking a vehicle and when money is probably tight coming into the PD. Plus as what has been said, things girls don't care about getting COVID-19, all they care about is that next rock.

DPD has limited their contact by selecting what crimes they will tend to and what they will overlook. Misdemeanors won't be a major concern. Felonies are still on the agenda.
