This happen in 2014. Does anyone want to poke at the probability of a lock up girl willing to give the police access to their phone in today's age. Also ask any cop or tac guy on the street how long it takes to get a search warrant- there is a fax number with ASAs working 24 hours a day who forward these warrants to be granted on the behalf of a judge. Also, shortly after I was coming from Cindy lyn in Cicero walking to my car a more stupid Cicero tac guy pulled up and told me they had a call with about a guy with my description I muttered off some legal bs and they were like- let's arrest this guy for disorderly conduct. After they searched me and didn't find any drugs cause that's what tac guys look for. They told me I was free to go, I then asked for a copy of the incident report about the guy they were looking for they just sped off in the squad. Guys take your chances if you want to get arrested it's quite easy, I just don't want to bother with lawyer fees. Always call to verify it's the girl when you arrive and don't do the text route, you just may run into tac boys and getting your car impounded.

There is so much in your reply to go over. I have no doubts these women are dumb enough to just give them their unlocked phone. It's not just understanding their rights, but it's they usually have other reasons (drugs) for an arrest. Also cops, legally or illegally, do harass people. I don't doubt your story at all.

Just keep this is mind, cops can harass and arrest you for just about anything. You can be innocent and still get arrested. Doesn't matter. What does matter is that whatever you are doing, know your rights. Cops like to trample them all the time. In this hobby, folks are either too embarrassed or don't have enough money to fight.
