So I'm sure it has been posted before but regardless I want to bump it since I was so satisfied with the process. I ended up getting a little reckless after I started my rounds when Covid had settled down in my area. I've been wondering since the day I've made my account of what exactly goes through the mind of a BBFS monger. I've personally only done it twice so far and I did get seen afterwards extensively from my provider to rule out anything. When I come here it's fun to see you guys extensively talking about it and finding all providers who do it and I have to say that is fun to watch all of this. I've only done it 3 times and it was with the same girl. We agreed to a BBBJ, but she asked if I wanted a rubber when it came time for sex. So I consider myself to be the King of BB. It is my M. O. When I visit with these ladies of the night. I get tested every 3 months, period. I use STDcheck.com.

Funny, I've never thought of "BBFS monger" as a category or thought of myself as one. I don't exactly go looking for it and a girl that either openly advertises BBFS or is well-known to provide it is unlikely to get on my TDL.

I'm pretty picky about which girls I see, and when I find one I like and am comfortable with I tend to repeat, typically seeing them 3-4 times a month. In my experience if you are having repeat sessions with a girl BBFS will eventually be offered, either for a modest up-sell or just put out there gratis.

Just search on PrEP. My doctor told me that PrEP has roughly a 99% success rate. The CDC says that there is a 74% success rate. BBJ's are fairly safe, but I think engaging in BBFS or BB anal is foolish.

Recently decided to go BB with a few providers, and am now regretting it. Luckily, I am still within 24 h period and am considering going on PEP to reduce risk of HIV. However, it seems there is no real study on the effectiveness of PEP for HIV prevention. Does anyone know any good numbers around PEP's effectiveness with sources? The reason I ask is it'll cost me a bit over a thousand, and I've found very little proof that it actually does anything.

Secondly, while on PEP, is it a hall-pass to indulge in risky behavior while on the regimen?
