Good call, RandTbbc, passing on this one. I've reported on Lucia before, most recently in the Springfield MA forum. I had the misfortune of seeing her in an extremely cold, run down Waterbury about a year ago. Her telltale signature is the "250 anything goes" line, which is a load of bollocks. I would be careful with this one, because the phone number is different then the one that has been associated with those pics for quite a long time. In fact those pics are of a provider who has been in Groton, Vernon, Hartford, and Meriden. I'm sure other places too.
