As a sure sign that I've got way too much time on my hands these days, I tried calling three of the AMPs that I (used to) frequent.

First, one of the two letter foot massage places (College area) that had developed into a reliable HE place for me. Phone rang a long time and finally went to answering machine. I left message that I wanted to schedule a massage and gave a number. But never heard back.

Next tried one of my favorite 40/40 places (Lemon Grove). Lady picked up on second ring. I asked about scheduling a massage and she replied ". We supposed to be closed. " With kind of an implied "wink, wink. " I talked with her a while longer and got the impression that I could have made some arrangement. But SO returned and I had to cut the conversation short.

Last tried one of the 50/ hr, HE / BBBJ / sometimes FS places (Convey area). Phone rang for a long time before the answering message came on. I didn't leave a message, just hung up.
