I'm not aware of a specific monger incident. Doesn't mean there isn't one. But I do think there is an elevated neighbor risk. By that I mean the occasional and somewhat rare situation we have all read about where neighbors report activity they know or suspect to the police. My reasons for thinking this: a) neighbors are close b) its a nice enough neighborhood that people probably care about what happens around them c) Oconomowoc is a lower crime area where LE may have the time and interest to pursue low level complaints like this and.

D) she was convicted 2+ years ago of 3 misdemeanor counts of entering and stealing from her immediate next door neighbor. Looks like plea bargained down from felony. Her 2 years of probation ended end in January this year. Its not clear if the neighbor is still the same or not, but in any case it seems pretty likely that all her neighbors are aware, and perhaps pay closer attention to her than otherwise.
