I never understood the picture thing. As many other members have repeatedly said, trust your gut. If you don't feel comfortable going through with anything, then don't do it. I myself was in the verge of providing my DL when a trusted member texted me with warnings absolutely what could happen. It's an unnecessary risk. I had a provider state that she doesn't trust references from established providers. So instead you trust some random picture that could be easily manipulated?
