My general rule of thumb is:

HF: $60.

Good massage but no extras: +$20.

Topless HE: +$60.

FS: +$140.

For HE, there's often a lot of upsell, so beware!

Full nude: +$20.

Lots of roaming and FIV: +$40.

Example: HF + HE + full nude: $140.
