Don't do it! There's no legitimate reason for a deposit, don't do it! It's all but a guarantee that once you pay the deposit, there's two things you'll never see, that provider and your money!

Keeping the economy "stimulated" those of us unsung heroes on the front lines, keeping the economy afloat! Glad I came across this post as I was debating whether bringing up the same similar experience as SYM!
