She reached out to me about a week ago, and her profile made me curious so we started corresponding (I live in metro-RVA, so I don't usually look further north than Ashland). I think there will eventually be a bonanza, but in the short term I am seeing everything dry up. Even my regular SBs are scared to go out right now. I envision a lot of pent-up demand once things get back to normal, but until then I think SBs are going to be wary. Is anyone else also seeing this?

I'm actually seeing more SB lowering their rates many have accepted lower than their preferred. I have been using Hotels.com and my usual places to frequent have slashed prices $20-30 cheaper. Advantage SDs.
